A patch test is required 48 hours prior to your treatment for spray tans, lash & brow tinting, lash lift and volume and false lashes- We require 24 hours notice prior to your treatment if you need to cancel or change appointments so that we may re allocate your treatment time to someone else, or unfortunately we will have to charge you the full cost of the treatment booked
- Please inform us if you are pregnant, are on medication for high or low blood pressure, diabetes or suffer from convulsions or epilepsy, prior to making an appointment as some treatments may not be suitable
- CHILDREN – for consideration to clients who are undergoing relaxing quiet treatments the management respectfully request you do not bring your children with you to an appointment. Failure to observe this notice may result in you losing your appointment unless you have had prior consent by a member of the management.
- UNDER 18 We are insured to carry out certain treatments on under 18 year olds, as long as a parent or guardian accompanies and fills in a Spa consent form. Please let us know prior if a client is under 18
